BEV on a KVH Tracvision dish

I just purchased a used motorhome with a KVH Tracvision LM Dish,it was set up for Direct Tv. I need it to go to the BEV Satellites.. I sent KVH a e mail they repliied that this dish will only go to Direct tv.. Is there any way for it to find the BEV birds?? any help is greatly appreciated as i don't want to have to buy another dish thks

Well the dish itself might be made to work, but the receiver(s) have to be swapped out. The LNBs might work; it depends on exactly which system is there though.

Well it's a kvh tracvision LM dish thats what kvh told me from the ser # and yes i have a BEV receiver but need to know how to to make it go to the BEV sat. I was told there is a software program or update that might do it but not surethks

according to docs ... it is set to do dtv & will do dish with a special adaptor ... but no mention about bev
